DL4EO is a streamlined process to acquire Sentinel-1, Sentinel-2, slope, elevation, and NDWI to generate image–label pairs for EO segmentation tasks. The tool performs AOI selection, downloading, preprocessing (e.g., RTC/NDWI), tiling, normalization, and split creation for training and evaluating deep learning models.
